To delete cookies, click on the tool button -> Preferences -> Security -> Click the button ‘Show cookies’. Here you can either delete cookies from a single domain or remove all cookies.

To block cookies, click on the tool button -> Preferences -> Security -> Under ‘Accept cookies’, select ‘Never’.
